Section 2 — Shipping & Plastic-Free Packaging
All orders are hand-inspected, safely packaged with recyclable kraft materials, and dispatched from our workshop within 1-2 business days. We ship via UPS with expected delivery in 3-5 business days. You will receive an automated tracking code via email upon dispatch.
Section 3 — 60-Day Field Trial & Lifetime Foundry Warranty
We stand behind our steel metallurgy with a 60-day garden soil trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your tool's performance, reach our workshop support team at 1-800-762-7529 or email support@thornwickgardentoolfoundry.com to obtain an RMA return authorization.
Workshop returns address: 480 Foundry Way, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78701. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
